This Cauliflower soup is one of my favorites as it’s rich in fiber which in turn helps to detox. It’s rich, creamy, and tastes incredible without even an ounce of heavy cream, butter, or oil. Then there is turmeric which not only imparts a beautiful hue but is also an immunity booster and has anti-inflammatory properties. It’s part of our everyday meals.
Lime juice and ginger add a nice zing to it. Coriander brings out a bright fresh flavor.
