Easy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Recipe

Instructions

Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes

  1. Make sure that all the pieces are of the same size and weight.
  2. Firstly, scrub and Wash the Sweet Potatoes.
  3. Then prick it with a fork from all sides. Rub or Spray with little oil for crispy skin.
  4. Lastly, place in the Air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes at 390*F till done. Turn them in between (at about 20 minutes) for even cooking.
  5. Take it out, and make a slit. Add toppings/garnish of your choice. Enjoy. My girls love the crispy skin of the potatoes and eat that too.

Air fryer Lid or Mealthy CrispLid Sweet Potatoes

  1. Make sure that all the pieces are of the same size and weight.
  2. Firstly, scrub and Wash the Sweet Potatoes.
  3. Then prick it with a fork from all sides. Rub or Spray with little oil for crispy skin.
  4. Lastly, place the trivet inside the inner pot and put the basket on it. Place the sweet potatoes in the basket. Put the Mealthy Crisp Lid/ Instant Pot Air Fryer Lid (on the trivet). Set the temperature at 400*F and cook for 35-40 minutes till done. Turn in between for even cooking.
  5. Take it out, and make a slit. Add toppings/garnish of your choice. Enjoy.

Instant Pot Sweet Potatoes

  1. Make sure that all the pieces are of the same size and weight.
  2. Firstly, scrub and Wash the Sweet Potatoes.
  3. Then insert the inner pot in Instant Pot 6 quart and plug it in. Fill the inner pot with 2 cups water.
  4. Place a trivet inside.
  5. Place the washed and scrubbed vegetables on the trivet. Close the lid and set the valve on sealing.
  6. Cook on High Pressure for 15 minutes and follow NPR.
  7. Open the lid. Remove from IP. Peel, garnish, and enjoy.

NOTE – Though the actual IP cooking time is 15 minutes, overall timing will be about 35-40 minutes. That includes the time for IP to come to pressure and then the NPR time to release the pressure.

Instant Pot Vortex Plus Sweet Potatoes

  1. Make sure that all the pieces are of the same size and weight.
  2. Firstly, scrub and Wash the Sweet Potatoes.
  3. Then prick it with a fork from all sides. Rub or Spray with little oil for crispy skin.
  4. Lastly, place on Vortex plus baking shelf/sheet and cook for 35-40 minutes at 400*F till done.
  5. Turn them in between (at about 20 minutes) for even cooking.
  6. Take it out, and make a slit. Add toppings/garnish of your choice. Enjoy. My girls love the crispy skin of the potatoes and eat that too.

Microwave Sweet Potatoes

  1. Firstly, scrub and Wash the Sweet Potatoes.
  2. Then prick it with a fork from all sides.
  3. Place it on a microwave-safe plate & microwave it on high for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Turn the sweet potatoes and microwave further for another 2-3 minutes till done in the center.
  5. Check with a knife for done.
  6. Take it out, and make a slit. Add toppings/garnish of your choice. Enjoy.
