Instructions

  1. Add the macaroni to the inner pot of the instant pot,
  2. Add the garlic powder, salt to taste, paprika, and water.
  3. Close the lid Set to pressure and cook on high for 4 minutes.
  4. After the pressure cook cycle is complete do a quick-release QR.
  5. Carefully unlock and remove the lid and switch to a low saute setting.
  6. Add in the evaporated milk and the shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Stir constantly, until the cheese is completely melted.
  8. Sprinkle some toasted bread crumbs if you wish and Serve hot.
